Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Manage billing from your account menu and cancel there. Your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for.
What happens to my trees if I cancel?
They stay, with every person and photo. You can open, view and share them as before. You only need a plan again to add more than Free allows.
Do my relatives need to pay?
No. They open your link and see the tree. No account, no app, no payment.
Can I switch between Standard and Pro?
Yes, in Manage billing. An upgrade starts at once and you pay only the difference. A downgrade starts when your paid time ends.
Is my payment safe?
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep your card number.
Which currency do I pay in?
US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.
